A 3D tour that answers the visit before the visit.
Buyers shortlist online and travel for the last two. A 3D tour removes the properties that do not fit and prepares the ones that do — that is the whole job.
How it works
We capture the property, stitch the panoramas, build the navigation and host the tour on the property's own page. Laser measurement or photo capture, drone for exteriors, points of interest, floor plans, multilingual copy — the quote depends on the surface, the number of rooms, the capture type and the media delivered.
Four steps, from recce to handover.
Recce and capture
We plan the route room by room, then capture on site: camera on tripod or laser scanner for measurements, drone for the grounds and the surroundings.
Stitching and colour
Panoramas are stitched, aligned and colour-matched to the property's art direction, then reviewed against the plan before anything is published.
Build and hotspots
Rooms are assembled into a route, points of interest are placed, floor plans are drawn and linked, and the tour is embedded on the property page.
Host, update, hand over
The tour is hosted and versioned. Photos, a film or a new wing can be added later without rebuilding the page; the agency keeps control.
One delivery, ready to publish.
Every tour is reviewed against the property plan before delivery. Nothing is invented: what the buyer sees is what the photographer captured.
- 360° panoramas, one per room
- Room-to-room navigation and points of interest
- Interactive floor plan linked to the tour
- Drone and exterior coverage when the site allows it
- Property page with its own URL, mobile-first
- Multilingual pages for international buyers
- Private access with logged requests
- Hosting, updates and export for the portals
What drives the price
No fixed grid: every property is quoted after a short brief. Four things move the number.
Surface and number of rooms
Every room is captured, stitched and checked. A 6-room apartment is not a 20-room villa.
Capture type
Photo capture, laser measurement or both — the precision you need for plans and surfaces.
Media delivered
Tour only, or tour plus photo set, film, drone and copy for the portals.
Ongoing work
One property, or a standing pipeline with a monthly cadence and a shared brand charter.
The partners we bring in
Clika pilots the project and brings the right specialists per property. One point of contact, one art direction.
Interior photographer
Lighting, staging and the photo set that feeds both the tour and the listing.
Drone pilot
Certified pilots for exteriors, grounds and the neighbourhood, within local rules.
3D and measurement
Laser scanning, plan drawing and stitching for surfaces and volumes you can trust.
See the demo
The same tour embedded on a demo property page, with the plan, the media and the private access flow.
Rooms
Floor plan
Fictional property. Layout, tour and media are a demo of what we build.
The questions before we start.
Capture is usually half a day. The tour, the plan and the property page are delivered within one to two weeks depending on the number of rooms and the media ordered.
No, we bring the gear. A 360° camera for volume, a laser scanner when plans and surfaces must be exact, and a drone when the site allows it.
Yes. The tour is embedded on your property pages, and we also export a version for the portals when you want to publish there.
It depends on the surface, the number of rooms, the capture type and the media delivered. Send the property details and you get a clear quote before anything starts.
