Who we are
Clika is the trade name of Pierre Antoine Babineau, entrepreneur individuel, based in France. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Pierre Antoine Babineau, Nice · Marseille · Paris, France.

What we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us, plus basic usage data:
- Contact and audit forms: name, email address, company name, website URL, industry, budget range and the message you write.
- Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe to the Clika Dispatch.
- Usage data: aggregated, cookieless analytics such as pages viewed, referrer and device type. This data does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare your free audit.
- To send the Clika Dispatch if you asked for it.
- To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
Our legal bases are your consent (newsletter), the steps needed to answer your request (contact and audit forms), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and audits: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting and cookieless analytics (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, 91723 Covina, CA, United States) and, when configured, our email and CRM tools. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@clika.fr and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or your local supervisory authority.
